Hysteroscopy- State of the art visual biopsy evaluation of the uterine lining for patients with Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB).

Colposcopy- For evaluation of abnormal pap smears utilizing an optical microscope with directed biopsies of the abnormal areas of the cervix.

LEEP procedure (loop electrosurgical excision procedure)- Used to remove significantly abnormal cervical tissue diagnosed by colposcopy.

Mirena and Paraguard IUD insertion and removal- 5-10 year reversible birth control that is safe and very effective. These devices are inserted through the cervix and into the uterus. They work by being toxic to sperm and by creating an unfavorable environment for embryo implantation.

Gardasil vaccine- Series of 3 injections completed in a 6 month period that decrease the risk of cervical cancer and vaginal warts.

Essure Procedure -Essure is an FDA approved sterilization procedure for women. There are no incisions. Instead, spring-like coils called micro-inserts are inserted through the body’s natural pathways (vagina, cervix, and uterus) and into the fallopian tube.

InterStim Procedure- InterStim provides a minimally invasive office based procedure to assess the success of the therapy. If the office procedure shows effective urinary control, the patient may proceed to the second stage- the implant procedure for the InterStim neurostimulator.
